Quick Text is a feature that allows users to insert predefined messages to standardize communication and improve efficiency.
However, this functionality is not available in the Salesforce Mobile App. This behavior is as designed in the current version of the Salesforce Mobile App.
This limitation applies regardless of user permissions, configuration or object usage.
Workaround (for iPad users)
For users working on an iPad, using the Safari browser to access Lightning Experience is supported. Therefore, if you can use an iPad, please utilize Quick Text via the Safari browser.
