File Naming Convention for Exported Sales Reports

The file name of an exported report is determined as follows based on the export format.

• For "Formatted Report" or "Details Only (Format: .xlsx)"
  • The file name format : [Alphanumeric characters from Report Name]+[-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS].xlsx

  • Example: test-2025-01-01-00-00-00.xlsx

  • Note: If the report name contains multi-byte characters, those characters are excluded from the file name.

• For "Details Only (Format: .xls or .csv)"
  • The file name format : report[epoch milliseconds].xls or report[epoch milliseconds].csv

  • Example: report1702341744860.xls

  • Supplement: The "epoch milliseconds" in the file name represents the number of milliseconds that have elapsed since January 1, 1970, 00:00:00 (UTC). You can use an external conversion website to determine the exact export date and time.
