Quote 'Clone with Products' Button Only Copies Line Items

When you click the Clone with Products button on a Quote record, you might expect an exact duplicate of the original record, including all its related information.

However, you'll find that while the new Quote has all the original Quote Line Items, other related records are missing. This can include records like:

  • Quote Members

  • Attributes

  • Price Adjustments

  • Applied Promotions

솔루션

The 'Clone with Products' button on the Quote object is designed to only copy Quote Line Items and does not clone related objects. This is the expected behavior of the functionality.
