Users may find that a record-triggered Flow fails to run when a Task or Email Message records are created through either the Gmail/Outlook Integration or the 'My Email to Salesforce' feature. The issue also affects processes built using Process Builder. When the task is created, the associated Flow is not triggered, and subsequent actions within the flow, such as updating the triggering task or email message record, do not occur.
Steps to Reproduce
1. First, create a record-triggered Flow on the 'Task/Email Message Object', configured to run when a record is 'created or updated'.
2. Within the Flow, add an 'Update Records' element designed to update a field on the same task record that initiated the Flow.
3. Next, create a new task record in Salesforce by logging an email from the Gmail or Outlook integration side panel, or by using the 'My Email to Salesforce' feature.
4. A new task/email message record will be successfully created in Salesforce.
5. Navigate to and view the newly created task/email message record.
6. Observe that the Flow did not trigger, and the update from the 'Update Records' element was not applied to the task/email message.
