Users accessing the 'Active Lifetime Memberships' report via the Chapter Leader Portal observed significantly lower membership counts compared to staff viewing the same report internally in Salesforce. This discrepancy began after 1st August,2025 and affected multiple chapters, including George Washington Chapter, Henry Leavenworth Chapter, and Arsenal of Democracy Chapter.
1. Create new sharing rules and select the option to include records owned by users who cannot have an assigned role.
2. Ensure that the Lookup to chapter field is populated on all records to meet the sharing rule criteria.
3. Alternatively, change the owner of the affected records to ensure they meet the sharing rule criteria.
