Disable Subscription Management to use Billing in Revenue Cloud

You can’t enable Billing in Revenue Cloud when Subscription Management is enabled in your Salesforce org. To disable Subscription Management, contact Salesforce Support.

After you disable Subscription Management and enable Billing, we recommend that you test all the possible scenarios thoroughly in your sandboxes with the existing Subscription Management data. Both the products use the same underlying objects, so thorough testing will ensure a seamless transition.
