What Changed

Salesforce changed the login behavior for the Outlook Integration when custom login flows are enabled. This update addresses users getting stuck on a spinning circle during login.

When the Custom Login Flow Appears

With this update, users only see the custom login flow for the Outlook Integration in two cases:

• During the initial login session.
• When the user manually logs out.

If a session expires due to inactivity, the custom login flow won't reappear when the session refreshes.
