This error occurs because the "Mention assigned user when the Service Appointment is dispatched" setting in Salesforce Field Service requires Connect API access. Connect API (Salesforce's REST API for Chatter and social features) is not available for all user types. User types that may not have Connect API access include certain portal users, community users, or users without Chatter enabled in their profile.
This error can prevent maintenance plans and scheduled dispatch jobs from executing correctly in Salesforce Field Service.
