Flow: Get Transcript for a Messaging Session in Copilot update after Winter'26

After the Winter ’26 release, the Flow "Get Transcript for a Messaging Session in Copilot"  should no longer be used. Going forward, use the new Flow "Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Messaging Session" to retrieve messaging session details.

This updated flow retrieves information from a messaging session record, including related conversation transcripts, engagement topic records, and notes records. It then passes these details to the associated prompt template as prompt instructions.

If the previous (old) action was referenced in any custom prompt templates, you’ll need to manually update those templates to use the new action name.
