Sales Dashboard: Language Setting that Affects Legend Display Language

In Agetnforce Sales, formerly as Sales Cloud dashboards, the display language of the legend items may differ from the logged-in user's language settings.

This occurs because the dashboard legend reflects the language settings of the dashboard's running user. 

Solución

The display language of the dashboard legend items reflects the language settings of the user set as the "Running User" for that dashboard, not the language settings of the user currently viewing the article.

Even if the logged-in user's language setting is Japanese, if the running user's language setting is English, the legend items will be displayed in English.

Steps to check the Running User:

  1. Open the target dashboard and click the [Edit] button.

  2. Click the gear icon (Properties) in the upper right corner of the dashboard edit screen.

  3. The user set in the "View Dashboard As" field within the "Properties" window is the running user.

If you want to change the display language of the legend, please change the language setting of this running user, or set a user with different language settings as the running user.

Click the [Refresh] button on the dashboard to apply the settings.
