"Lead Source" label on Opportunity changes when "Lead Source" on Lead is renamed

In Agentforce Sales, formerly known as Sales Cloud, the "Lead Source" field on the Opportunity object is a standard field inherited from the "Lead Source" field on the Lead object.

Due to this design, when you change the display label of the "Lead Source" field on the Lead object (e.g., using the "Rename Tabs and Labels" feature), the display label of the "Lead Source" field on the Opportunity object automatically updates to match.

There is no standard functionality available to disable this standard field linkage or to rename the "Lead Source" field labels independently for the Lead and Opportunity objects.
