Salesforce is retiring the Tableau Cloud Multi-Site product, and this product is no longer renewable after October 1, 2025. We will continue to honor your existing subscription until the contract end date.
What does this change mean for me?
Once your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to utilize the additional sites on Tableau Cloud acquired through the Tableau Cloud Multi-Site product.
What action can I take?
Using the new Tableau Cloud Manager (TCM), all Tableau Cloud customers can now deploy multiple sites and efficiently manage Users across different sites in their Deployment.

Depending on the Tableau Cloud edition chosen, your existing sites licensed through the multi-site product can be merged under the same Tableau Cloud Manager.
Note: Merging sites under a single TCM will not require any migrations and will only result in a temporary pause to Administrative functions while the merge is taking place. End users will not notice any disruptions to service.
Please contact your account executive to update your Tableau Cloud subscription so that you can utilize the new features from Tableau Cloud Manager to automatically manage users and multiple sites.
If you already have plans to update your Tableau Cloud subscription with Tableau Cloud Manager, please disregard this email. Thank you.
What happens if I don’t take action?
You can continue using your current Multi-Sites in Tableau Cloud through your existing order term. Once the subscription ends, the sites will no longer be accessible.
If you have any questions, refer to Salesforce Help or contact your Salesforce account team. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
