Salesforce is retiring Subscription Management and will continue to honor your existing subscription until its end date.
We have since launched Agentforce Revenue Management, a complete revenue platform designed to help you manage your business’s entire revenue lifecycle, including subscriptions with Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Once your current subscription term ends, you will no longer be able to access Subscription Management, and all associated customer data will be deleted in accordance with our Trust and Compliance Documentation.
Salesforce recommends migrating at least 90 days before your subscription end date.
For help determining whether Agentforce Revenue Management meets your organization’s requirements, contact your Subscription Management Account Executive to review your organization's goals or if you have any questions. In the meantime, you can explore Agentforce Revenue Management.
You will continue to have access to Subscription Management until your subscription end date.
If you have any questions, refer to Salesforce Help or contact your Salesforce account team. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
For more information about Salesforce’s approach to retiring products and features, read our Product & Feature Retirement Philosophy.
NO Resolution as this is primarily to update you about the feature retirement.
