Data Stream for ContentDocumentLink fails in Data 360

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to verify the required permissions and settings.

1. Verify Permission Set

   • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter "Permission Sets," then select Permission Sets.

   • Click Data Cloud Salesforce Connector.

   • Click App Permissions.

   • Check the boxes for Query Non Vetoed Files and Allow View Knowledge to enable them.

2. Verify Additional Settings Please also check the following settings:

   • Check Package Version: Go to Setup | Installed Packages and ensure that the version of [Salesforce Standard Data Model] is 1.68 or higher.

   • Enable Salesforce Files Setting: Go to Setup | Salesforce Files | General Settings and ensure that [Enable Files to be ingested into Data Cloud] is enabled.
