This article explains how to resolve an issue where the data stream for the ContentDocumentLink object in Data 360 shows an "Error" status and data is not ingested. This is mainly caused by a lack of necessary permissions.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to verify the required permissions and settings.
Verify Permission Set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter "Permission Sets," then select Permission Sets.
Click Data Cloud Salesforce Connector.
Click App Permissions.
Check the boxes for Query Non Vetoed Files and Allow View Knowledge to enable them.
Verify Additional Settings Please also check the following settings:
Check Package Version: Go to Setup | Installed Packages and ensure that the version of [Salesforce Standard Data Model] is 1.68 or higher.
Enable Salesforce Files Setting: Go to Setup | Salesforce Files | General Settings and ensure that [Enable Files to be ingested into Data Cloud] is enabled.
