Salesforce does not guarantee operation on, or provide technical support for, mobile operating system (OS) versions prior to their official General Availability (GA) release. As of the Summer '25 release, this policy ensures that the Salesforce Mobile App remains stable and secure by focusing support exclusively on officially released platforms from Apple and Google.

Salesforce only supports officially released mobile OS.
