Email sending behavior in Marketing Cloud is determined by the combination of the Send Classification and the subscriber's status. The sendability for each combination is as follows

Zusätzliche Ressourcen

・Transactional sends are intended for critical notifications, such as order confirmations or password resets. Therefore, even if a subscriber has opted out (Unsubscribe ), emails classified as Transactional will still be delivered.

・Note on Transactional Use: It is not recommended to classify a Commercial email as Transactional for the purpose of sending to Unsubscribe subscribers.

・Held Status: Emails are not sent to subscribers with a Held status. This status primarily indicates a permanent error, such as an invalid email address. To resolve this, the subscriber's email address must be corrected.
