・Transactional sends are intended for critical notifications, such as order confirmations or password resets. Therefore, even if a subscriber has opted out (Unsubscribe ), emails classified as Transactional will still be delivered.
・Note on Transactional Use: It is not recommended to classify a Commercial email as Transactional for the purpose of sending to Unsubscribe subscribers.
・Held Status: Emails are not sent to subscribers with a Held status. This status primarily indicates a permanent error, such as an invalid email address. To resolve this, the subscriber's email address must be corrected.
