When loading a page in Lightning App Builder, users can encounter an error stating “Check your internet connection and try again.” This error prevents the loading of the page and its components.
This issue occurs intermittently, and only when all of these criteria are met.
The org either isn’t on Hyperforce or isn’t using Salesforce Edge Network
The user tries to edit a Lightning page using the Edit Page option from the Setup menu
The user is using the Chrome browser on a Mac
Immediate workarounds are to refresh the page or use a different browser.
As a long-term solution, we recommend enabling Salesforce Edge Network or migrating to Hyperforce.
