This article explains how to export campaign statistics or target lists for a specific date range in Marketing Cloud Personalization.

Решение

Marketing Cloud Personalization does not provide a standard feature to directly export campaign statistics or target lists for a specific start and end date (e.g., as a CSV or user list). Please consider the following workarounds.

1. View On-Screen Statistics for a Specific Period

You can view statistics filtered for a specific period on the STATISTICS screen for each campaign. (This data cannot be exported directly from this view.)

  1. Open the target campaign and click the STATISTICS button.
  2. Use the date range filter (Start / End) at the top of the screen to set your desired period.

Notes:

  • The CSV downloadable from the main campaign list screen contains cumulative data for the entire campaign duration, not the filtered date range.
  • The Attribution Window setting is not used to specify the reporting period for an extract.

2. Create a User List of "Campaign Viewers" in a Recent Period (Workaround)

While you cannot extract data for a specific date range (e.g., Dec 1 to Dec 15), you can use the segmentation feature to create a list of users who have viewed (or clicked) a campaign "in the past n days."

  1. Go to Audiences > User Segments.
  2. Use the "Campaign Stat Recency" rule (under the Campaigns category).
  3. Specify the target campaign and time period (e.g., in the past 30 days) to segment these users.
  4. You can view the resulting users in the Users tab of the created segment.
