This guide explains how to address the issue of old email addresses being displayed on the Help & Training site.
When you contact Salesforce, the history of your inquiries is recorded based on the Trailblazer account information used on the Help & Training site.
Additionally, Trailblazer accounts are created using email addresses as the key. If you change your Salesforce user email address, a new Trailblazer account will be created with the new email address.
If you change your Salesforce user email address, the change might not be reflected, and the previous Trailblazer account (associated with the old email address) may still be displayed. You can resolve this issue by logging into the Trailblazer account with the old email address, disconnecting the relevant user, and then logging into Help & Training again.
