Beschreibung

When using the Salesforce Outlook Integration, the side panel may display the message: "You're logged into Microsoft with More than one account. Click Review and Accept Permissions and select the Microsoft account you used to open the Outlook add-in."

Salesforce is currently working with Microsoft to identify a permanent solution. In the meantime, Salesforce Support needs diagnostic information to investigate individual cases, and there are workarounds users can try.

Lösung

This article answers the question: why does the Outlook Integration side panel say I'm logged into Microsoft with more than one account, and what can I do about it?

Collecting Diagnostic Logs (macOS)

If you're asked to provide diagnostic logs for this issue on macOS, follow these steps:

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Enable Office verbose mode logging by running: `defaults write ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Outlook/Data/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Outlook.plist CustomerLoggingEnabled -bool YES`
  3. Restart Outlook.
  4. Run through the scenario that triggers the error.
  5. Collect and send the logs from `~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.outlook/Data/Library/Logs/Diagnostics/OUTLOOK/`. Log files use the `.log` extension.
