Salesforce Outlook Integration Side Panel shows "You're logged into Microsoft with More than one account. Click Review and Accept Permissions and select the Microsoft account you used to open the Outlook add-in.". Currently Salesforce support needs the following information to work with Microsoft and identify the solution:

Instructions for macOS users:

For collecting diagnostic logs:

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Enable Office verbose mode logging:
    1. defaults write ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Outlook/Data/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Outlook.plist CustomerLoggingEnabled -bool YES
  3. Restart Outlook.
  4. Run through the scenario.
  5. Collect and send over logs from ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.outlook/Data/Library/Logs/Diagnostics/OUTLOOK/

NOTE: Log file extension is *.log

Ratkaisu

Salesforce is working with Microsoft and have not finalised a solution yet that works for all users. However, there are the following workaround should be tried:

 

OR

  • Go to entra.micorosoft.com and login.
  • Click on Users in leftnav, then search for the user by name.
  • Click the user name.
  • Click on Revoke Sessions.
