When accessing the Field Service tab (Dispatcher Console) and selecting a Service Territory using the territory picker, the expected Service Resources do not appear on the Gantt chart. This article outlines the possible causes and provides steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
To resolve the issue of Service Resources not appearing on the Gantt, verify the following configurations:
Service Resource Type – Ensure the Service Resource type is set to Technician, not Asset.
User Permissions – Confirm the technician user has the required permissions, including the Field Service Resource License and the Field Service Resource Permissions permission set.
Service Territory Membership – Make sure a Service Territory Member record exists with start and end dates that fall within the date range currently displayed on the Gantt.
Browser Cache – After all configurations are correct, clear your browser cache and reload the Dispatcher Console before checking the Gantt again.
