Retrieving the URL to Directly Access a Specific Application

Data pubblicazione: Nov 18, 2025
Descrizione

This article explains how to retrieve a fixed URL for a specific application using the App Launcher or app menu. It covers steps for Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic to share links with users.

Scenario:

A Salesforce Admin needs to share direct access to a specific app with users. To do this, the admin opens the App Launcher (in Lightning) or the app menu (in Classic), searches for the application, right-clicks on its name, and copies the link address using the browser option. After verifying the URL works, the admin shares it with users so they can access the application directly.
