Images Uploaded on Service Report Templates Remain in Their Original Size and Cannot Be Resized

In Salesforce Field Service (FSL), when editing a Service Report Template and uploading an image to a Text/Image field, users cannot resize the image using the built-in resize handles in Salesforce Lightning Experience (Google Chrome). The screen displays the misleading message: "Resize your image by dragging the sizing handles" — however, the sizing handles are not functional in Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to an org as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup → Service Report Templates.
3. Edit any template and add a Text/Image field to the layout. Reconfigure the field as needed.
4. Upload an image to the field.
5. Notice that the image cannot be resized due to the absence of functional sizing handles.
   1. The screen displays the message: "Resize your image by dragging the sizing handles."

This issue prevents users from adjusting the size of images uploaded to Text/Image fields in Service Report Templates, resulting in inconsistent or improperly sized images in the final generated report.
