Beta : 'New' Action Not Visible in Dynamic Related List - Single on Salesforce Mobile App

The Dynamic Related List – Single component, when used as part of the “Desktop Dynamic Related List Experience on Mobile (Beta)”, does not support displaying record-level actions such as the “New” button in the Salesforce Mobile App.

This limitation persists regardless of configuration, including:

  • Adding actions in Lightning App Builder
  • Overriding standard actions (e.g., with Visualforce or custom implementations)

As a result, users accessing records via the mobile app will not see the “New” action within this component, even though it may be visible on desktop.

솔루션

Displaying the “New” action within the Dynamic Related List – Single component is not supported on the Salesforce Mobile App (iOS/Android) as part of the current Beta functionality.

There is no available configuration or workaround to enable this behavior within this component.

Please currently consider this as a workaround:

  • Use the standard “Related Lists” component, which supports actions such as New on the Salesforce Mobile App.
