Site Role or Company Name Visibility in Experience sites

Date de publication: May 7, 2026
Description
If a user's Company Name is specified in their User Detail page, both internal and external users can see that company name displayed next to the user's name in the Experience site — provided the viewing user has the "Show Company Name as Site Role" system permission enabled on their profile.

If no company name is set on the posting user's profile, or if the viewing user does not have the "Show Company Name as Site Role" system permission assigned, logged-in users will see the site role configured in Experience Workspaces instead.

Note: Internal users cannot view the company name or site role of other internal users.
