The Signature Success plan’s Proactive Monitoring product will monitor average response times of key entry points/API to identify deviation from expected/normal behavior. Some key entry points can include; search, home, product, cart, content etc.

 

An increase in the average response time of a Key Entry Point or Controller indicates it is taking longer than usual to handle requests, signalling potential issues that can degrade user experience through slower page loads or reduced performance.

Storefront visitors may experience a degraded user experience, including slow page response times or degraded site functionality.
