The Signature Success plan’s Proactive Monitoring product will monitor for, and alert you about uptime of ‌third-party services.

 

An increase in the error rate of an integrated service indicates failures in processing third-party requests, signalling potential performance degradation or service disruption or service unavailability. This can result in timeouts, incomplete user flows, or degraded functionality.

 

Business Impact:

Storefront users may face incomplete or degraded user experiences when those user flows involve third-party services, for example: Cybersource, Avalera, Adyen, PayPal, etc.
