Users are unable to see Salesforce as an add-in in the Outlook mobile app, which prevents the integration from functioning for all users.
Risoluzione

Since Salesforce Outlook plugin is not available in the Outlook/Gmail mobile app. So we recommend to use Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture. Where you can set up Einstein Activity Capture (Sync Email as Salesforce Activity Enabled) to ensure that all emails sent from the mailbox automatically sync to Salesforce.
