Description

When accessing Omni-Channel settings with Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), communication with the following external CDN domains occurs.

Résolution

Although these domains are not listed in "Allow the Required Domains", enabling or disabling Enhanced Omni-Channel is not possible if communication is not permitted.
To request enabling / disabling Enhanced Omni-Channel against your org, please Create a Support Case with the following details:

  •  Target/Affected Organization ID.
  •  Username of the system administrator of the organization requesting the enabling / disabling Enhanced Omni-Channel (please provide in email address format including @).
