Agentforce : Error "We couldn’t save your data library. Try again"

When you attempt to create a new Agentforce Data Library, the creation is failing and an error message is displayed.

Error Message:- We couldn’t save your data library. Try again.

Ratkaisu

If you have assigned the permission set "Data Cloud Salesforce Connector" to any custom permission set group, please remove it and retry.

The "Data Cloud Salesforce Connector" permission set is intended for integration users and cannot be included in permission set groups.

 

Ensure that the user creating the ADL have permission set : Data Cloud Architect
