Unable to Use Salesforce Channels in Slack with Salesforce Automations (Legacy) App Connection

Description
To use features like Agentforce in Slack or Salesforce Channels, you must connect your Slack workspace to your Salesforce organization instead of using Salesforce Automations (Legacy) ((old name: Salesforce for Slack), Sales Cloud for Slack and Service Cloud for Slack app connections.
 
 Scenario: "A sales rep tries to use a Salesforce Channel in Slack but sees no data because the workspace is connected through the legacy app instead of the required direct connection."
Résolution
The Salesforce Automations (Legacy) app connection does not support Salesforce Channels or Agentforce features in Slack. To access these features, connect your Slack workspace directly to your Salesforce organization.

To use Salesforce Channels in Slack, connect your Slack workspace to your Salesforce org. Refer to the Slack Help for instructions.
After connecting, configure the settings for each feature.
