When a System Administrator attempts to upload an image file (such as a logo or banner) within the App Branding section of the App Manager, the upload fails and the following error message is displayed:
"We had trouble processing the request. We've reported the problem to Customer Support with error ID: XXXXXX"
This error occurs when a custom trigger is defined on the ContentDocumentLink object. To resolve this issue, temporarily disable the custom trigger and try uploading the image file again. You can re-enable the trigger after the upload is successful.
