Outlook Integration - "To manage this record's associations*"

An EAC user encounters an error when trying to manage an event's association via the Outlook Integration add-in within the Outlook desktop client. The resulting error states: "To manage this record's associations, open the record in Lightning Experience or in Outlook on the web."

Steps to repro:

1. Open a saved event in Outlook desktop client 
2. Open Outlook Integration add-in
3. Observe the above


Ratkaisu

This behavior is expected due to a design limitation in Classic Outlook. The New Outlook client is not affected. To manage associations, please use either New Outlook or Outlook on the Web (OWA).
