This is expected to see the names of the data cloud entities to be changed with the metadata deployment via Dev ops data kits, this is an expected behaviour as the platform has been designed in a way that the API name especially suffix cannot be guaranteed to be used in multiple ORGs under the same tenant. Data Cloud platform do not consider the Name or API Name of the Metadata while deployment, the internal identifiers will be used in mapping the entities while updating the metadata in deployment procedure.
In some cases, deployment failures may occur, particularly with Identity Resolution, due to DLO or entity name mismatches. The Salesforce product team is currently reviewing these issues and will provide a plan of action accordingly.
Please reach out to support to confirm if the issue is with the entity names. This has to be finalised by the Salesforce Support Team.
