Steps to Find a User ID

1. Log in to Marketing Cloud Intelligence and click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the top navigation bar (near the settings icon).

2. Select Manage Users from the menu to open the user list.

3. Locate the specific user you want to identify and select the checkbox next to their name.

4. Click the Edit button to open the user's profile settings.

5. Once the page loads, look at your browser's Address Bar (URL). The URL will follow this structure:
   https://platform.datorama.com/.../settings/account/users/edit?id=12345&returl=users...



6. Identify the numerical value following the id= parameter. In the example above, the User ID is 12345
