To enable Person Accounts in Salesforce Classic, follow these steps:

  1. Click Setup.
  2. In the Quick Find box, enter "Account Settings", and then select Account Settings.
  3. Click Edit in the Person Accounts section.
  4. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen after redirecting to the Setup page in Lightning Experience.
