When a Community User clicks the "View/Comment" button in the email body, they are redirected to an Invalid Page.

If the Feed Detail page is missing in an Experience Cloud site, community users are redirected to an "Invalid Page" when clicking the View/Comment button in emails.

Ratkaisu

To resolve this issue, create a new Feed Detail page in the target site.

 

  1. Open Experience Builder for the site.

  2. Click the gear icon (Page Properties) in the top-left corner.

  3. Click + New Page > Standard Page > Feed Detail at the bottom of the menu, and create a Feed Detail page using the following example.

    • Name: Feed Detail (Optional)

  4. If the Feed Post & Comments component is not on the Feed Detail page, add it.

    • Note: In the component's property panel, if the ID field is set to recordId, change it to {!recordId}.

  5. Publish the site.
