Check the email logs and the verification status of the email address.
If the email address is unverified, perform the verification process.

Request an Email Log to confirm if the email has been sent.
If no log exists for the external user as the sender during the relevant time period, proceed to check the email verification status.
2. Check External User Email Verification Status Confirm whether the external user's email address is verified using the following steps:
