Date de publication: Dec 17, 2025
Description

This article addresses an issue where users, including System Administrators, cannot log in and receive an "Insufficient Access to Community" error if the Experience Cloud site has never been published.

Résolution

If a user registered as a member cannot log in via the Experience Cloud site URL and "Insufficient Access to Community" is recorded in the login history, the site may not have been published.

Follow these steps to publish the site:

  1. Navigate to [Setup] | [Digital Experiences] | [All Sites].

  2. Click [Builder] next to the target site.

  3. Select [Settings] | [Change History] on the left side of the screen to check if the site has ever been published.

  4. If it has not been published, click the [Publish] button in the top right corner.
