Data 360: Unable To Generate Consumption Data In Standard Reports

If you are unable to generate consumption data in the “Digital Wallet Consumption Insights by Tags” dashboard in your sandbox and production environment, and the standard reports and dashboards based on Digital Wallets show no data, please review and follow the Resolution section provided in the article below to resolve the issue.

Lösning

Please verify the below steps to follow to resolve the issue related to showing consumption data in the dashboards. 

  • Verify that the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent DLO has data populated in the Production org, as this DLO does not contain records in the sandbox environment.

  • Ensure that the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent DLO is added to a data space in the Production org. This is required for the Digital Wallet Consumption Insights by Tags reports to function correctly.

  • Confirm that the user has the required permissions and access in the Production org, including:

    • Allow Access to View Reports in Data Cloud Reporting

    • Allows User Access Data Cloud

    • Access to the data space that contains the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent DLO

  • Once the above permissions are verified and the correct access is provided in the Production org, navigate to the Consumption Dashboard to confirm that the data is successfully populated.
