Solución

The following onboarding steps are required to enable Agentforce Observability:

1.Enable Features in Setup

    1. Go to Setup → Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup.

    2. Enable Agentforce Session Tracing and Data Model.

    3. Ensure Agentforce Optimization is also enabled.

      NOTE:

      i. Avoid enabling the legacy version of Analytics which can   be found on Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup

      ii. Validate Tableau Next is available 

      iii. Tableau Next Limited Consumer license is shipped with Salesforce Foundations, hence if it is not available, please check and make sure your org has Foundations [0$ SKU], if not, you can self-serve to activate it via this link, or ask your AE to run an order form.

      iv. If the you already has Tableau Next Platform & Salesforce Foundations but  Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set is not showing then for non-system admin users, assign Tableau Next Platform Analyst


      v. If the you already has Salesforce Foundations (Old SKU, provisioned before Tableau Next is included in it) but not able to see the Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set, AE's need to swap the Foundation license with New SKU.

       

2.Assign Access Permissions

    1. Add the “Access Agentforce Optimization” Permission Set to all users who should have access to Optimization.

    2. Add the “Tableau Next Limited Consumer” or “Tableau Next Platform Analyst” Permission Set to all users who should have access to Analytics.

      1. Make sure that ‘API Enabled’ is set to true on User’s profile (without this Metric cards on Tableau Next would fail to load)

    3. Make sure that the “Data Cloud User“ Permission Set to all users who should have access

 

NOTE:

**Please note that once the steps are completed, it may take a while before data starts showing up for both analytics and optimization. The analytics and insights will only show up for new conversations occurring after setting up the Session Tracing Data Model.
