This article provides steps for System Administrators to identify their forgotten usernames or email addresses when unable to log in to Salesforce.
For security reasons, Salesforce Technical Support cannot provide your username, email address, or password directly. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Your Internal System Administrator: Reach out to another administrator within your organization to verify your login credentials.
- Contact Your Account Executive: If no other System Administrator is available, please contact your Salesforce Account Executive (AE) for further assistance.
- Contact Salesforce Technical Support (Specific Case Only): If you are the sole System Administrator and you know your username but have forgotten your password and cannot perform a self-service password reset, please contact Salesforce Technical Support to request a password reset.
