What’s Changing
In Summer ՚26, we’re retiring the Analytics dashboard for Conversation Insights. We’re also introducing a new architecture in Spring ՚26 where ECI data for new customers will be stored in Salesforce objects in your org.
If you create an org or turn on ECI for the first time in an existing org after the Spring ՚26 release or later, you won’t have access to the legacy Analytics tab.
Who’s Affected
If you turned on ECI before Summer ՚26, prepare for this retirement and data migration to the new architecture (where data will be stored in your org).
Why Are We Retiring These Reports
In Spring ՚26, we changed how ECI captures and stores conversation data. Conversation data is available in standard Salesforce reports and doesn’t require the legacy Analytics dashboard.
