Explains why the display order of actions in the "Initial Submission Actions" section may differ from the original process when an Approval Process is copied.
There is no guaranteed system execution order for individual actions (such as Field Updates) within an Approval Process. Even if multiple actions are configured, they are not necessarily processed in the order they appear in the list. Because the execution order is not fixed, the display order may be reconfigured when the process is copied.
Currently, there is no functionality to manually reorder or fix the display or execution order of actions within an Approval Process.

For business logic requiring strict control over execution order, consider using Flow. Flow allows you to explicitly define the sequence of operations based on how you arrange the elements.
