Rich Link Titles Appear Garbled for URLs Sent via Service Enhanced Chat

This is expected behavior. To work around this behavior, please consider one of the following methods:

• Change the charset of the destination page: If you manage the linked page, changing the charset to the modern standard UTF-8 will allow the rich link title to display correctly.
• Change the message format: If you do not manage the linked page or if changing the charset is difficult, you can avoid garbled titles by sending messages in the following formats:
  • <URL> format
  • [Title](URL) format

Using these formats prevents the system from automatically generating a rich link, ensuring the text is displayed as intended.
