When using Salesforce Voice (also known as Service Cloud Voice), users may see the notification "XXX shared a Voice Call with you" in the bell icon notification area. Salesforce Voice is a telephony solution that integrates Amazon Connect with the Salesforce platform.
This notification is triggered by the standard Voice Call Sharing notification, which fires whenever a Voice Call record is shared with a user. This article explains how to disable this notification if it is not required in your organization.

Lösung
To disable the "User shared a Voice Call with you" notification, follow these configuration steps in Salesforce Setup.
Configuration Steps:
  1. From Setup, enter "Notification Delivery Settings" in the Quick Find box and select Notification Delivery Settings.
  2. Locate Voice Call sharing within the Sales section.
  3. Click the [▼] icon on the right and select Edit.
  4. Uncheck the channels (Desktop / Mobile) for which you want to stop notifications. To stop notifications on a PC, uncheck Desktop.
  5. Click Save.
