When using Salesforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice), users may see the notification "XXX shared a Voice Call with you" in the bell icon. This occurs because the standard "Voice Call Sharing" notification is enabled, triggering when a Voice Call record is shared. This article explains how to disable this notification if it is not required.
If you do not need this notification, you can disable it by following these steps:
Configuration Steps:
From Setup, enter "Notification Delivery Settings" in the Quick Find box and select Notification Delivery Settings.
Locate Voice Call sharing within the Sales section.
Click the [▼] icon on the right and select Edit.
Uncheck the channels (Desktop / Mobile) for which you want to stop notifications. To stop notifications on a PC, uncheck Desktop.
Click Save.
